This is a quick concept art piece I made recently. I wanted to make some sort of "Super-secret-hangar-of-doom" =)

The short story behind it is that a top classified research team is developing a mecha-Toad.. or something like that. =)

Anyways, just used PS CS3 and a couple of textures to get that rough feel.
